The Spruce & Spring Modern Upholstered Platform Bed is the perfect blend of contemporary design, sturdy construction, and everyday comfort — available in Queen and King sizes. Whether you choose the soft, matte Boucle fabric in Cream or the plush Chenille/Velvet fabric in Beige, both headboard options are OEKO-TEX certified, skin‑friendly, and cozy to the touch. The adjustable headboard offers three height settings (39.8/41.7/43.7 inches), allowing you to find the ideal support for reading or watching TV in bed. Underneath, the bed features twelve (12) LVL roller slats secured with Velcro and screws, plus a wood center rail, crossbar, and six support legs — creating an ultra‑stable, squeak‑free sleep surface. No box spring is needed; the sturdy slat system works perfectly with most standard mattresses (8–12 inches thick). The bed legs are 6 inches high, providing valuable under‑bed storage space and allowing robot vacuums to pass through easily. With a heavy‑duty weight capacity of 800 lbs for the Queen size bed frame and 900 lbs for the King size bed frame, this platform bed is built to last. Assembly is straightforward: everything ships in a single box, and two people can complete setup in about 30 minutes following the clear step‑by‑step instructions. Spot clean with a damp cloth as needed (Cleaning Code S). Upgrade your bedroom with the Spruce & Spring upholstered platform bed — a modern, durable, and stylish foundation for better sleep.

• No Box Spring Needed: The bed features a sturdy slat system made of 12 high‑strength LVL roller slats secured with Velcro and screws. This design directly supports your mattress, eliminating the need for a separate, costly box spring. Enjoy a firm, quiet, and reliable sleep surface right out of the box.
• Adjustable Headboard Height: The headboard offers three height settings – 39.8, 41.7, and 43.7 inches. You can easily adjust it to find the perfect angle for reading, watching TV, or lounging in bed. It provides personalized comfort for every family member.
• Soft & Skin‑Friendly Upholstery: Choose from OEKO‑TEX certified Boucle or Chenille fabric, both gentle against the skin. The matte texture of the Boucle adds a warm, cozy visual effect, while the Chenille delivers a plush, velvety touch. Rest easy knowing the materials are certified safe for your home.
• Heavy‑Duty Construction: The bed is built with a wood center rail, crossbar, and six support legs, delivering exceptional stability. The Queen size supports up to 800 lbs and the King up to 900 lbs. You get a solid, squeak‑free frame that lasts for years.
• Under‑Bed Storage Space: The bed legs raise the frame 6 inches off the floor, creating valuable storage space underneath. Slide in bins, luggage, or off‑season items, and let your robot vacuum pass through easily. It keeps your bedroom tidy and clutter‑free.
